APPLICATION METHOD
Injection dowel is mounted on the crack or hole through which the water flows. The important point in the dowel mounting is the necessity of the catch of hole which was drilled for
the dowel by the crack. We understand whether the catch is handled by the help of active water leakage through the hole. It is also important that the hole should catch the crack on the middle of the concrete as possible. Polyuretane injection process is generally applied to a concrete whose
back side is ground. If we catch the crack on the side near to the ground at the back side, we made the injection and of course it is not economical, if we inject material more we guess according to the condition of the ground. When we catch the crack on the middle area, capillary voids within
the wall will also be filled and we cut the leakage with more less material waste.

Reactive polyurethane is injected through the injection dowel by the help of the high pressured machine. Swelling approximately 25 times more, the polyurethane fills the gaps and
prevents the water leakages. If the underground water level is at issue, injection process should be done from the bottom to the top. It is highly possible to see water leakages in different areas in which no water previously flow after the stanching of those leakages in water flowing places. The process of
polyurethane injection continues until the water flow is cut.

INFORMATION OF MATERIAL
Dekapol Uniject CN 121; reactive polyurethane injection gum: Uniject CN 121, is a high sensitive, polyurethane rooted injection gum with one component. It is an injection material
which was improved to be used in stanching the water and filling the cracks in the underground buildings, buildings made of ferro-concrete under water, refinement facilities and various water buildings. It produces foam with flexible and close meshes when it reacts with water. The application
of injection is handled by the help of a pump which can produce high pressure. It provides good adhesion in wet surfaces. It is not harmful for the user and the environment. It does not contain any solvent.
It is used in;
